The 27.500 sq.m. land plot expands in steep slopes facing Almyros bay in Crete. A concrete war-bunker is placed by the road that cuts the plot in half. The special landscape features combined with the operator’s requests led to its preliminary design. The idea was for the layout to organize clusters with special features and characteristics, to ensure all rooms facing the beachfront and provide the client with an easy daily operation and the visitor with a unique experience. Currently, the project is submitted for building permit. Its completion and delivery is scheduled for April 2026.
