The Holiday Suites Arnis street consists of 34 luxurious suites in 6 levels (approximately 1,500 sq.m.) and is located in the center of Athens. It operates under the IHG hotel standards. The client request included a proposal for a whole new concept and complete makeover. The idea was to combine retro elements with a modern ambience. Αll basement level suites offer a private verandah and can accomodate pets.  The project was designed and completed in 2017. Design and construction lasted 5 months. The project was published in several digital and printed media.
