Smart curves and vibrant colours

The existing building shell and main concrete elements were abandoned for more than a decade. The client request was to fully designed an autonomous space that would be able to work together with a future (bigger) spa concept. We developed the idea of an ecological and sustainable space with fluidity, versatility and flexibility. Smart rotating curves on both partitions and suspended ceiling were stressed with a carefully designed lighting scheme. Right on top of the main pool we placed a glossy finish stretch ceiling to boost perspective and provide playful reflections augmenting clearance height.

The project was designed and implemented in just 3 months time in 2011.
