This late 60s, 1.500 sq.m. beachfront hotel is located in Loutraki, some 45min ride from Athens. It expands in 4 separate levels and also includes 2 autonomous seaside bungalows with private beach and swimming pool. We undertook the design implementation study and construction drawings as well as the project management aiming for completion in just 3 months time for all 33 deluxe rooms, seaview suites and bungalows. The new design and operation concept was developed in a modern retro style.  We used marble floorings with brass details and dark wooden arches with glass elements in all common areas. Brass and copper elements were combined with soft colours and textures which formed the standard rooms. Façade design and landscape architecture followed all common areas achieving a retro-luxurious ambience.

The project was designed and completed in 2019.
