President hotel, a prominent high building (65 m. high) and a city reference point has been planning a full scale renovation for a long time. To achieve this goal, the renovation project was divided in separate phases. At first, in 2020, our office completed a full renovation of 8th floor – 27 rooms. Architectural design for the main restaurant, outdoor space and facade followed. The next realization phase  was about fully renovating of another 6 floors, in standard and luxurious design room types, depending on the floor. Floors 16-19 were the most luxurious, whereas floors 14-15 were aligned with the standard room types. A new full building permit was then issued for the full restoration of all the facades. The first facade – construction phase was recently completed (May 2024) and the next phase is due for November 2024.
