The owner of the existing mansion house decided to buy the adjacent property to open up his garden and provide a natural feel to the whole area. The approx.330 sq.m. plot was slopped and had to be designed to match the surrounding levels. The idea was to provide an opem natural green space without any constructions and to redesign the adjacent area in order to make it look uniform. A new plateau was created as a moon-gazing platform looking at Palio Limani (the Old Port of Spetses).
