The project involved all 12 studios & apartments located by the seaside in Ag.Fotia, Chios. The geometry of the building was such that every studio was entirely different and typology was difficult to be implemented. We based our design strategy on simple but cozy elements on a tight budget. Every room had to maintain a relatively unique character. We used bright traditional colours combined with graphic representations deriving form Chios’ main tradition. Carefully selected artworks and photographs are meant to provide motive for the guest to explore the island whereabouts.

The project was designed and implemented in 2014.
